System Security CPCFinancial.com.com utilizes numerous security
measures to protect the site and data from unauthorized users. Although no
security is completely foolproof, we make every attempt to ensure that site
integrity is maintained. The site deploys the following security techniques to
achieve this: The site is situated on a firewalled DMZ that blocks unnecessary
ports, does not accept PING requests and blocks against denial of service
attacks including ping of death. Write FTP access is provided only to system
users and all default IDs and passwords have been changed or removed. All User
IDs and passwords are transmitted over SSL and the site utilizes 128 bit
encryption certificates that are created by the Verisgn Root Authority. In
addition, the site is maintained in an enclosed network storage rack that is
enclosed on 4 sides. All rack equipment is kept in a lockable network room that
maintains multiple 20 AMP feeds on seperate circuits. In addition, internet
connectivity is provided through two seperate service providers. VPN is used for
remote connectivity as needed. All access attempts are logged and reviewed on a
daily basis.
